This project at Meadowspot involved the complete transformation of an existing dwelling into a spacious, modern family home. Every level of the house was reimagined to maximise space, light, and comfort, while integrating a contemporary architectural language throughout.

A full attic conversion added two generous bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, making use of previously underutilised space. The first floor was completely reconfigured to create a new master suite, along with new dormers, additional bathrooms, and refurbished bedrooms — all designed to improve flow, function, and light.

On the ground floor, we designed a contemporary rear extension to house an expansive open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space — the new heart of the home, ideal for modern family life and entertaining.

Behind the scenes, the renovation included significant upgrades to the building’s infrastructure. A full underfloor heating system was installed throughout, and the property was fitted with high-capacity services to meet the demands of multiple bathrooms and showers with ease.

This was a comprehensive overhaul — a bold and carefully considered renovation that brings new life to the house, blending design quality with modern performance and comfort.
